And you took the time to take a picture or scan of your reciept and put it on the internet just to show a cashier made a mistake, get a life.
It’s “not so bad it’s embarassing”, people make mistakes, bet you travelled all the way back for your £1 as well..

As I made clear, this wasn’t a one off incident. At the time I was being overcharged maybe one out of every four times I shopped at a couple of branches of Sainsburys in Manchester city centre.
It takes 30 seconds to scan a receipt!
You tell me to get a life but you have time to comment on an article that is five-and-a-half years old!
