Windows Media format. <br>

It may take a few seconds to begin, depending on your connection. <br>

If it doesn't work, the links below the video window give you the option to play 
either Windows Media or Real Media in an external player. Some people find these 
start up faster. <br>

<b>Technical info<br>
</b><br>
This sample video was encoded at around 400Kbs and should play fine on a 512k 
connection or better. <br>
<br>
Many of the other videos in the Journal were encoded at just 225Kbs. Those are 
even more likely to play without a hitch.
