Manchester city centre is full of cows at the moment. Each one has a different
theme. Here are a couple of shots that Miss Noodle took of me.
And
here she is with the Coronation Street cow. I thought it could have been a bit
more imaginative... It just has a load of photos stuck on it. I like the DangerMouse
cow at Piccadilly Station.
There are many great shots of the cows on this
website.
We thought we'd go into the Town Hall (behind) and take some shots of the tiles
and famous mural. But inside we were told that if we wanted to take pics, we would
have to sign a legal document, handing over copyright ownership of our photos
to Manchester City Council!
Uhhh I don't think so... I couldn't help but compare this to the Lowry Gallery
where they were quite happy to let me photograph their million-pound paintings.
Later K came over and watched the England v Switzerland football match. K is from
Ghana and really into football. When England scored three times, it was definitely
the noisiest moment ever in my five years of living here ;-)
The only footballing moment that gets me excited is seeing French boy Thierry
Henri with his shirt off. Va va voom...! ;-)
